Hi guys

New member and rider here. Bumped into a group riding the 'Coalville loop' whilst I was out exploring a few lanes today and they told me about this forum. Managed to grab Andy KTMs number for possible meets in the future.

I live in the Swadlincote area so can easily access Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. I've got an xr400 so a few road miles are not a problem ;) I'm familiar with a few of the lanes around Coalville, Ibstock and Twycross area. Would be good to meet up with other members for a ride and to discover some new byways etc :auto-dirtbike:

Cheers

Matt

Hi Matt, welcome to Larf.
I don't trail ride myself anymore but often groups out and about so stick around to see what's going on :handgestures-thumbup:

Hi Matt,

You certainly did not take long to sign up LARF after bumping into you earlier.

I will keep you informed of my next local ride, but keep your eye on the forum......... Some of the other guys occasionally nip out to do the local loops.

Cheers for now

Thanks for all the replies :text-thankyouyellow: I will be out on the loop (well at least the section of it that I know) most weekends providing the weather isn't too bad. If anybody fancies joining me just let me know and we can arrange a meet.

Hi Matt

I joined here a year ago but have just got my arse into gear. Now it's time to do the same with my bike.
I am in Coleorton and am also able to cope with a relatively short road travel to meet up.
I have no experience off road so am looking for a staring ride with a bit of company for mutual support and help if needed.

Hi Bryan

I'm a novice and the lanes I have been using are all fairly simple (if not very muddy in places) so don't worry too much about that! More than happy to meet up and go for a ride around. My route usually includes Donisthorpe, Measham, Austrey, Norton juxta, Gopsall, Heather, Ibstock, Ravenstone, Coalville and Packington. Im guessing Ashby or Coalville would be a good starting place as you are in Coleorton? :auto-dirtbike:
