Sunday March 22nd - Fradley Junction, Alrewas

Sunday breakfast meet up at a cafe once a month. All welcome.

Last year we went to the Kingfisher Cafe on the other side of the canal to this one.
So to be clear, this one is on the left hand side of the canal as you head down the towpath.
If you are on the right hand side of the canal, you'll be going to the wrong one!

If you are travelling between Leicester and Market Bosworth to get to/from this rideout bear in mind the Richard III reinterment procession route which is happening on that day. http://kingrichardinleicester.com/final ... oute-maps/.

Look' s as if the County Council have been out and about 'tarting' up the route ... roadsigns straightened up, road markings refurbished etc...

guess they want to look good for the ' tv coverage .. :doh

The route into the city along the a47 has had a lot more than that done, they've even screened off the eyesores with green fencing as well as sorted the shrubbery!!

If you ask me, it's a bit wrong that they've dug him up and are now going to parade him in the streets n stuff.
Then there's the guy who emails 50 questions about a 10 quid product, all of which could be answered by googling. So you answer and try to help, he emails again with more and you reply again. After the 5th email its obvious he doesnt actually want it and is basically wasting your time so you reply slower. Then he puts a post on a forum about how you're a twat because you're slow to reply so that whole process just costs you time and reputation, all because the bloke is a massive """"..

Lovely morning for a ride out to a nice spot, but a low turnout which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was nicely done though which was a bonus. :ugeek:

.... and a couple of pic's of Al's new Scrambler for those that asked. 8-) She's having to learn a whole new way of riding, it doesn't forgive sloppiness easily.  ;)

Must admit I was a bit underwhelmed by the Ducati Scrambler when it was at the NEC but now it's in production it's a great looking bike 8-)
I cracking day to be out on the bike and just got back in :D

Once it's run in and I've finished with a few tweaks and mods, I think it'll be a real fun bike. It's 75bhp is 18bhp more than the Bonneville puts out, plus the Scrambler is a stonking 6 stones lighter.
